Henry M. Primavera is a member of the firm.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1975 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University in 1972. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He began his career as a staff attorney with the Appellate Division Second Department, where he represented the mentally challenged individuals in civil matters. In that capacity he redrafted the court guidelines relied on by judges in civil commitment hearings. Subsequently, he was an associate for a Manhattan based mid-sized firm concentrating in the fields of medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability. He has successfully handled at both the trial and appellate level a wide variety of matters, including medical malpractice, dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability and premises liability venued in both state and federal court. He is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
